Brain engage with STEM Day



Students at Fort Gordon’s Freedom Park Elementary School take part in STEM Day – Science, Technology, Engineering and Math - with guest speakers Staff Sgt. Logan Klink and Sgt. 1st Class Marco Carrington of Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center’s pathology department. The Soldiers shared their job experience with the class of students describing what it’s like to work in a medical laboratory. Civilian and military presenters from Fort Gordon and the Central Savannah River Area spent time visiting classrooms and engaging students in a variety of activities such as airplane building and basic engineering.
