Napper, whose military career dates back to 1980, when she was commissioned into the U.S. Army National Guard, has focused largely on cyber warfare. The event, which was followed by a reception, also included a salute to her husband, Mark Napper (who also served in the military before stepping aside to serve full-time as a military spouse), and their daughters, Barbara and Rebecca.
