7th Signal Command (Theater) commander conducts OPD session

Morrison, Jr., the commander of the 7th Signal Command (Theater), Fort Gordon, was the featured speaker during a leadership development session for all officers of the 35th Signal Brigade Sept. 23 at the brigade headquarters. Lion Brigade officers from Joint Base- Lewis McChord, Wash., and Fort Bragg, N.C., also participated through video teleconference. During the session, Morrison emphasized the importance of self development and encouraged officers to find opportunity in a time of budget constraints. He discussed the future of cyber protection teams, which conduct global cyberspace operations to deter, disrupt, and defeat adversarial cyberspace operations, and defend the United States through specialized Cyber support missions.
